April Chapter Meeting moved to May 10

The Chapter meeting originally scheduled for Saturday, April 26th has been cancelled and rescheduled for Saturday, May 10th. The rescheduled meeting will begin at 10am in room 124 of the Science Hall at NMSU. In-person voting will be available at the May 10th meeting. For more information about the chapter elections, see below.

The April social is on Monday, April 14th at 6pm at the Sunset Grill in Sonoma Ranch.

Southern Chapter Elections

The State Elections Chair (Georgia Pedicini) is overseeing Southern's elections for this April. Candidates are currently being solicited.

A minimum of three board members is needed. Since it is a small chapter, some of the positions could be combined or redefined to meet the needs of this chapter. In addition, due to the Chapter's dual focus of Las Cruces and White Sands, it may be appropriate to have more than one of a position, e.g., EYH Chair/WSMR and EYH Chair/NMSU.
Possible positions:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• At-Large Member (optional)
• EYH Chair(s) (can be appointed)
• Chapter Representative (to the State Board; can be appointed)
