Elections: Officers were officially elected.
President: Mellissa Burk

EYH: Dr. Castillo stated he would reserve a room for the panel discussion for the LC EYH. He is our point of contact at NMSU. Dr. Castillo has offered the full support of the engineering departments in volunteers, advertising, etc. Mellissa will develop a schedule and positions for the LC EYH. Rachel and Karen V. will meet with members of the computer science department at NMSU to see about getting a CS speaker. Dr. Castillo mentioned contacting former engineering alumni and other individuals for speakers.

Networking: Ruth volunteered to manage the database of Southern members. Mellissa will put more information on email headings such as name.
